How to Start a Return
Email us at zeenat.us248@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.
Note for International Returns
International returns incur a small shipping charge, which you'll pay after your return is approved.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return the original and place a new order.
You can choose to receive:
- Store Credit (issued instantly after return is processed)
Store Credit
Store credit is sent via email and can only be used at Zeenat.us.
Item Condition
All returned items must be unworn, with original tags, and in resellable condition. Please avoid wearing scents when trying on clothing.
Processing Times
Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving your package. Processing may take longer during holidays or Eid seasons.
