At Zeenat.us, every piece is limited and crafted with care, which is why we offer exchanges instead of refunds to ensure you find the perfect fit.

Eligibility:

Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Final sale or exclusive pieces are not eligible for exchange.

How to Exchange:

Contact us via Instagram @zeenat.us or email zeenat.us248@gmail.com with your order number and the item/size you’d like to exchange.

We’ll provide return instructions and confirm availability of your replacement.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, Zeenat.us will cover the full exchange shipping.

Availability & Store Credit:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your preferred item or size is sold out, we’ll issue a store credit for future use.
